Both this 8-1/4" Marion and the 5-3/8" Suwannee were found in Marion County Florida. Both pieces are made from Coastal Plains Chert. The Marion is in excellent condition with no damage and the Suwannee has one ear missing from ancient damage and a modern nick on the tip. It is still a great find!
