An excellent Lambayeque (Sican) Naymlap bottle from Peru, ca. 700 - 1300 AD. This choice example is 7" high and depicts the primary deity Naymlap surrounded by his children, i.e. the Sican people. He is adorned with the characteristic conical headdress with spiked band and is wearing long, flowing ear ornaments and matching necklace. The lines below his eyes represent tears, symbolic of rain. In addition to the two flanking figures, a pair of confronting figures (highly unusual motif) decorate the strap handle. A classic example in excellent condition, showing good mineral deposits.

A superb Lambayeque (Sican) orangeware bottle from Peru, ca. 700 - 1300 AD. This choice example is 9-1/4" high and is decorated with the heads of five warriors. Each panel is set off with delicately detailed linear and geometric designs. The flared base is decorated with bands of crisply incised pyramid and geometric designs. In perfect condition, with good mineral deposits.

A fine Nazca bowl from Peru, ca. 200 – 400 AD. This lovely example is 5-3/4” in diameter and is decorated with fruit, painted in assorted colors over white slip. Intact, showing signs of extensive usage and heavy burial stains.

An excellent Inca monkey bottle from Peru, ca. 1300 – 1500 AD. This fine blackware example is 7-5/8” high and depicts an adorable monkey eating a fruit held with both hands. The chamber of the vessel depicts a reed boat (cabalito), which has great ceremonial significance and his tails curls around the base of the spout. In excellent condition, with good mineral deposits and trails.

A fine Colima figure from West Mexico, ca. 300 BC – 300 AD. This ornate example is 7-1/8” tall and depicts a standing male. He is wearing a fancy loincloth with tassel and matching headdress. He is adorned with a complex necklace, ear ornaments and armbands. Good mineral deposits, mounted on stand.
